Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a refund. Please review the policy below for details.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email customer service at axvsupplyco.contact@zohomail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging.

Mail your return using the same shipping provider that originally delivered your order.
Return shipping charges will be covered or reimbursed by us.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
